Simple Things
It’s the simple things that I noticed when I came home. The roof over my head. The limitless supply of ice in my freezer. The fact that I actually have a freezer. Last week I watched as a steady stream of water came in through the sky light in my kitchen. It was hard to be too frustrated. I pulled out this picture and admired the craftsman ship in this roof. Did it leak with the rain? Is it still there after Hurricane Wilma? I wonder simple things like that.
